Williams Finishes Eighth at Toledo Speedway
Josh Williams and the No. 02 Southwest Florida Cable Construction Ford team headed to Toledo Speedway in Ohio on Sunday, May 19th, for the "Menards 200" ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards event. Starting 12th, Williams was able to spend a few laps in the lead by using pit strategy. At the end of the race, he finished eighth, his second top-10 run in a row, which put him fifth in the series point standings.
Josh Williams Leads Laps, Finishes Sixth at Talladega in ARCA Event
The ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards headed to Talladega Superspeedway (AL) for the "International Motorsports Hall of Fame 250" on Friday, May 3rd. Josh Williams in the No. 02 Southwest Florida Cable Construction Ford started the race in the 17th position, racing his way up through the field. Using pit strategy, Williams was able to take the lead at lap 30, holding the top spot for 14 laps. The race ended up getting cut short due to rain, and when the rains fell and the series called the race, Williams was credited with a sixth-place finish, his career-best result in the ARCA Racing Series.
